The Exchange is a publication of the Business History Conference, a non-profit international scholarly organization whose purpose is to further the historical study of business and the environments—political, social, cultural—in which it operates. The Exchange is not an opinion blog, but rather a resource that provides current information about and of interest to BHC members and the wider world of business and economic historians. We do not publish comments or editorial content. We are particularly eager to expand our postings of content outside the North American context. To send suggestions for postings, please see our Contacts page.
